All orders are packed by me personally, with care, to ensure your items reach you safely. Wherever possible, I use materials that can be recycled or are degradeable, and almost all of our items are made from natural resources with minimal plastic.
SHIPPING POLICY:Most items are hand-made to order. For this reason, I usually stipulate a 2 week lead time for items to reach you - this takes into account the time it takes to make your order and any postal delays. I will always try to package your items quickly and get it on its way to you as soon as possible. For smaller items which fit into a large letter postbox, these will be posted within 2-3 days. Larger items which require a trip to the post office will take slightly longer as we are currently minimising our Post Office trips due to Covid-19. Thank you for your understanding.
Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail second class post or Hermes depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Courier costs to locations outside of the UK can vary. Please contact me with details of your proposed order and the delivery address and I will send you a quotation for you to approve.
RETURNS POLICY:
Our items are hand-made to order, and so returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your order, or an item is faulty, please get in touch. I will offer a replacement if possible or you are entitled to a full refund. Please send us a photograph of the damage or defect in an email attachment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, or to reduce the refund amount if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of use prior to return. Refunds will not include the original postage costs. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
OUT OF STOCK ORDERS:
I remove sold items from our site as soon as possible, but it in the rare instance that an item has sold elsewhere before your order is processed, it may not be possible to accept your order within the usual timescales. If this happens, I will get in touch to see if you would like to wait for the item to be re-stocked, or whether you would like a substitute item.
